The latest figures for the second quarter of 2014 show internet ad spend continues to grow significantly.
In 2013, UK internet advertising ad spend was £6.3 billion with a 36% share of total ad spend, placing it the top advertising channel. TV was placed 2nd with a £4.6 billion spend.
In 2013, internet ad spend grew 14.1% over the previous year. The latests forecasts from Advertising Association/Warc forecast 2014 spend to grow at a higher rate of 15.1%.
